Megan Sinclair, CPA

Megan Sinclair joined Glazer Capital in 2011 and is the Chief Financial Officer. Megan has also held positions as the Controller from 2014 - 2020 and the Deputy CCO from 2014 - 2022. Prior to joining Glazer Capital, Megan worked at Deloitte, where she was a Senior Associate. Additionally, Megan participated in a competitive 2-year rotation program that provided extensive experience in Tax, Audit, Financial Advisory, and Enterprise Risk Management. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York. Megan graduated from Georgetown University, McDonough School of Business, receiving a dual degree in Accounting and Finance.
