Founder
Chief Executive Officer & Chief Investment Officer, Managing Partner
Paul Glazer is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Investment Officer of Glazer Capital, LLC. Before starting Glazer Capital in 1998, Paul worked on the sell-side for ten years at Houlihan Lokey, Jefferies & Company, Bear, Stearns & Co., and Oscar Gruss & Son. Paul’s experience was in analysis and institutional sales where he focused on merger arbitrage, when-issued securities, options strategies, and other types of equity arbitrage.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Before starting Glazer Capital, Paul spent a two year sabbatical at Machon Shlomo in Jerusalem where he focused on advanced Jewish Studies.
Paul is active in many local and national charitable organizations and resides in New York City with his wife and two sets of twins.
