Reid Adams

Reid Adams joined Glazer Capital in August 2024 as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. Before joining Glazer Capital, Reid worked as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Moon Capital Management LP and the Associate General Counsel at Schroder Investment Management North America Inc. Before moving to in-house counsel roles, Reid worked as an attorney in the investment management practice at Ropes & Gray LLP. He also served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy. Reid received his BS degree in mathematics from Tufts University and his law degree from Fordham University.
