Kristin Schwab, CPA

Kristin Schwab joined Glazer Capital in 2023 and is a Senior Accounting Associate. Prior to joining Glazer Capital, Kristin worked at Deloitte, where she was a Senior Consultant. Her work involved delivering various international tax returns and disclosures for large multinational private equity clients. Kristin also has experience interning in a corporate accounting role in which she closed books on a monthly and quarterly basis and issued SEC reports. She earned her BBA in Accounting from Villanova University and is a licensed CPA in the State of New York. In her free time she enjoys swimming, skiing, and spending time down the shore with family and friends.
