David Barlow

Chief Operating Officer, Principal

David Barlow joined Glazer Capital in September 2008 and is the Chief Operating Officer. Dave also served as the firm's Chief Financial Officer from 2008 - 2020 and Chief Compliance Officer from 2008 - 2022. Prior to Glazer Capital, he worked in Hedge Fund Administration for over six years with Citi Hedge Fund Services (Cayman), Ltd. (formerly Bisys, formerly RK Consulting), where he was an Assistant Vice President. Dave currently sits on the board of Glazer Enhanced Offshore Fund, Ltd. and Glazer Index Plus Fund, Ltd. Dave holds a BS in Finance and Management Information Systems from Villanova University.
